New Years Resolutions 2016

Every year, we are given the opportunity to set new goals.
This past year, I was able to reach many of my resolutions from the past year-- but as normal, there was many that fell to the side as well.

This year, I have three resolutions I would like to reach:

  • Eat healthier and exercise more-  I would like to lose 50 lbs by the end of the year.  With the majority of my 2015 being pregnant, I wasn't able to exercise as I would hope.  I want to create more of a habit of it and get both myself and my girls out of the house to exercise at least once a day if not more
  • Get my priorities on track.  - Recently, I finished a devotion on priorities and ensuring they are on the right track.   Financially and family wise- sometimes my priorities are out of whack- I want to get these back on track- God comes first, family and then work. 
  • Have weekly date nights with Wes- this is part of the resolution above but ensuring I set aside time for just me and Wes.  It is so important for our marriage- which in turn is good for our relationship with our kids as well.
